CPA2007 Document Template

Hi,

 

Does anyone have a version of the CPA 2007 template?  The one up on the call is still from 2006.  All I really need to change is the editors, which I presume is at least Peter and Alistair.  There’s no rush on this as I’m still drafting at the moment.
