KRoC version 1.2.3 for Linux released

KRoC for Linux (i386) version 1.2.3 has been released:

Changes from 1.2.2:
    - fixed the "kill -9 -1" bug (occured if the occam kernel
      exited within ~100us of starting)
    - updated blocking system-calls libraries (sockets, files and
      processes).  Documentation is in the `doc/' directory and at:
          http://wotug.ukc.ac.uk/ocweb/bsclib/
    - some structural changes to the run-time kernel

In addition, the occam web-server source code is now available
and can be downloaded from:
    http://wotug.ukc.ac.uk/ocweb/
