transputer class

   Have we become a "class" ? See the article by Mi8ke
Magee on the 1.6GHz Quake Alpha in
http://www.theregister.co.uk/990906-000008.html
which says it has four "transputer-class" interprocessor
links of 10 Gbytes/sec (each?). Obviously it needs an
occam compiler.
