on Software:

will be published in Spring, 2003.  Guest editor will be Professor P.H.Welch,
Programme Committee Chair for CPA-2002.  Authors of selected papers from this
conference will be invited to develop them for submission to this journal
Special Edition.

CPA-2002 Conference registration for delegates is now open.  The fee is 330
pounds sterling, which covers full accommodation and meals (including the
conference dinner), one copy of the conference proceedings and attendance
at all sessions.  WoTUG is sponsoring Student Bursaries of 100 pounds each.
