JSR 166 (Concurrency utilities)

JSR 166 (Concurrency utilities) was approved to proceed by the JCP a
few days ago. See

While we plan to kee this "inner" group small so as to productively
create specs and code, there is now an associated "outer" mailing
list, for general discussion, at:
