Hi,
Sorry to sound a dissident note, but I use Eclipse: happily, most of the time. Note that it supports basic folding.
I suspect there is a hint of rose-tinted memories of the old TDS. I did lots of good work with it and many editors since have not lived up to expectations. But a decent IDE that provides rapid navigation around code and easy tools to visualise how things fit together is actually considerably advanced over what TDS provided.
