Fold Presentation Manager (was RE: Printing occam)

Thanks for both answers that we did try on Linux !

Unfortunately my request was somehow different...
Hoping for some 'intelligent' way of printing where
some folds are unfolded other deferred as in the
TDS software hereafter (with only executables available) :

1.	INTRODUCTION

Supplied as an integral part of the Inmos Transputer Development System and
the Meiko Occam Programming System is a 'folding' editor. By means of
enclosing program segments in textual folds, the readability and structure
of programs is greatly improved over conventional editors. However, because
the folding editor is designed around an interactive VDU based user
interface, reproducing the fold structure on paper can be a problem. The
solutions supplied by Inmos so far (various forms of the 'Lister' program)
have been unsatisfactory in several respects. The presentation of a listing
is also subjective, each user has their own preference for layout and style.
It was to address this problem that the technical staff at the National
Transputer Support Centre produced the 'Fold Presentation Manager',
essentially an advanced lister program with complete control over
presentation of the output.

The Fold Presentation Manager comprises three modules; the Lister program, a
large Parameter file and a Parameter file Parser. These are supplied on the
IBM formatted floppy disc and are written to run on any PC hosted transputer
system running the Inmos Transputer Development System (TDS) or the MEIKO
Occam Programming System (OPS).

By means of changes to the parameter file supplied (made with the folding
editor) the user can control the presentation of the listing of any fold
structure. The action taken by the Lister program when it encounters folds
whilst scanning through the fold structure is specified by the attributes of
the fold, and optionally by the fold comment itself. Other Presentation
Control parameters control the overall presentation of the document, eg
margins, gutters, printer control options and the compactness of the output.
These options taken together allow the user to specify precisely the
presentation of the document.

Is this nice piece of software (sources) definitely lost ?
Can something be done from the two .CE1 files ?

Good morning,

the only Pretty Printer I have (had) only works under TDS...
WinF seems not to have the function.

Which freewares are able to allow pretty printing ?

Thanks in advance,

Philippe
