Should have noted one workaround I'm lucky enough to enjoy - Mathematica
includes Type 1 fonts that cover most (all?) of what's required. You can
either use its wonderful Notebook to typeset directly, or use the fonts
directly in (eg) Design Science's MathType.
But it would still be nice to have a single PS font to suit...
