I'm a little worried that

"Concurrent Systems Engineering"

might be confused in some people's minds with

"Concurrent Engineering" - (there are plenty of conferences 
on that).

I also don't like "Architecture" because it sounds like - 
well, architecture.  Unless it's "Computer Architecture" 
and then the conference name gets quite long.

I would suggest something like:

International Conference on Concurrent Computing.
