The new word should, perhaps, not be a noun? It is an action that's
being done, isn't it: to renumber the priority list? I have tried
a verb, that has its action on the PRI PAR. Would perhaps make 
it more readable and understandable: "PRI PAR RENUM". 

Just a suggestion. 
Or REPRI, REPRIORITISE, REPRIORITIZE, ...
