Yet another Java concurrency book?

Apologies if this one's been mentioned before (I'm often forced to skip 
some of this dialogue).

 Hartley, S. J.: 1998, "Concurrent Programming: The Java Programming 
Language",
   OUP, ISBN 0-19-511315-2

Gives implementations of semaphores and rendezvous in Java. Brief scan 
reveals some discussion of race conditions and deadlock. No design 
methods as far as I can see.
